Lately I’ve been reflecting on what it means to feel myself changing.
Sometimes the shift is subtle—a heightened sensitivity, a deeper need for rest, a stronger pull toward stillness, authenticity, or connection.
When something new begins to emerge within us, self-care is no longer optional. It becomes sacred.
Supporting ourselves in these moments—through rest, grounding, movement, breath, or spiritual practice—creates space for what is unfolding to take root.
If you’re feeling that kind of inner movement right now, my next Root to Crown: Chakra Activation Experience on May 13 is designed to support greater balance, awareness, and connection through the seven major energy centers.
You may also notice a few refreshed touches around this space, including a renewed email banner, updated profile, and refreshed home page—small shifts that reflect the continuing evolution of this work.
And if the recent message about becoming a different being resonated with you, I’ve shared two companion videos that continue that exploration in a deeper way.
8 Signs You Are Becoming a Different Being
(don’t miss the big one at #8)
3 Signs You Are Becoming a Different Being
(filmed in the lush spring green of Seattle’s Carkeek Park)
Wherever you find yourself in the process, trust what is unfolding.
Even the quietest shifts matter.
In joy and unity, always.
Final note: If you’re local, I’d love to invite you to a traveling production of The Detention Lottery, where I’ll be playing the role of a private attorney.
On May 3 from 4–6 PM at Center for Spiritual Living Ballard, this moving performance shines a compassionate light on the heartbreaking realities faced by those caught in our detention system against their will.
It’s a deeply human and eye-opening experience, and I’d be honored to share it with you.

Glastonbury Journal - Part I
I’ve been wondering where to begin the journaling for Glastonbury. I could go in sequence, but from day to day—moment to moment—magic was present.

Thank you, lovely soul, for the restack. 🙏🏻
